Key Achievements

1. Developed PricewaterhouseCoopers’ nation-wide annual remuneration analysis report on behalf of senior executive management.
2. Implemented, integrated, and managed 5 information reporting systems Received the H.C. Miller Ownership Award for my contributions.
3. Wrote and directed all aspects of a theatrical production that included managing a cast and crew of 60+ individuals with resources and people from 3 separate organizations.
4. Received national and local recognition from SHRM for my work in reviving and leading my local SHRM chapter. My work resulted in the development of a strong leadership team, growing membership from the ground up.
5. Part of the largest amalgamate project in New Zealand history and one of the largest in the world merging 8 existing city councils and 8,000 staff into one “Super City” council, during which I led and trained a team to place nearly 200 staff in a matter of weeks.
6. Led a Health and Wellness Committee and assisted in the administration of the company’s self-funded employee health insurance plan which resulted in cost savings of $100,000 and an increased health assessment score increase that exceeded the national average.
